Ordering Method: Orders can be placed either by mail, phone, fax or e-mail. Please include this information: Name, address, Phone numbers,Product description and number, method of delivery, e-mail address. I will confirm order and total cost by e-mail.

Method of Payment: Payment can be either by Canadian or US cheques,or money order.
Delivery Method: Delivery is included by surface mail for all US and Canadian destinations. All overseas shipments are $5.00 extra. If you want to ship by air please add $2.00.
Back Orders: If items are backordered, we will notify you and let you decide if you want to wait for those items or to be credited.
Returns: Merchandise may be returned within 30 days, less 10% for restocking. If the merchandise is defective and returned within 7 days, a full refund will be made.
